Hi,

We should not wait for things to get so bad
before we jump into action. Sometimes for
some of us we have to be knocked down to
realize that things are really bad. Don't
wait to be one step away from distruction,
if you need to be kicked at yelled at then
so be it, but don't blame anyone but yourself.

Try daring yourself to commit to something.
Give yourself a limited time frame and make
the promise that you will see it through. Make
it a challenge for you, maybe being accountable
for and to yourself will make you realize that
you can make good choices for yourself. Listen
to that inner voice more,train it to be your common
sense, the voice of reason. The voice of truth.
