No matter what I set Flood Interval to (currently it's set to 1 second as a test), it forces a 60 second flood interval on all my users. This doesn't happen for me as an admin but if I create a normal account, I will also see this. So users cannot post more than once every 60 seconds which is far too long in my opinion.
On a related note, what happens to me as an admin, is I'll create a new post, then go to edit it, then click Submit and it'll go to a Preview, if I click Submit again, it'll go to a Preview again. I have to wait about 5 seconds then click Submit and THEN it'll let me post my change. Why is that?
