Hello, im from the good old United Kingdom, the thing is with php hosts is that they bombard you with ad's or there not free. Some even have the cheek to do both.
The host i used to use was http://www.hostultra.com, i use a popup blocker so didnt see anything wrong but most of my visitors didnt have popup blockers and were getting 5 or 6 popups at a time for each page, and my site used frames  so there were popups added on those pages two which cause some computers to crash.
Yeh host ultra is good, if your willing to pay £25 a month to remove the ads, then £5 for a mysql database.
