A Problem with your server

I find that whenever I change my password, your server would cut off the last few letters or figures for some unknown reasons. For example, when one has changed his password to novqp495t93v9m93ntbf and the following day when he/she tries to log in, he will not be able to log in if he input novqp495t93v9m93ntbf. He must input novqp495t93v9m93ntb. Why?
