You can't download html's php's withouht having them in a zip or ace or rar archive.

just get winzip, winrar or any software that can use on zip your files...go to www.download.com you will get everything you need....

youve gotta just tell them to right click and go file save as. thats the only way though hltv that works for all format types.

Yea its easy to make it so that people can download from your website, but just make sure that you are not planning on useing it as a file server because I believe thats against the TOS, however if you are just doing it so that a friend or someone can grab a file or two I think you should be ok as long as its not copyrighted like an mp3 or a large file as this takes up huge amounts of resources.
