| I created my domain, but when i log in, it says domain doesnt exist but above it says welcome psp-heaven.bizhat.com then i click on file manager, it says log on and i tried two different ways, psp-heaven.bizhat.com and psp-heaven wich is my username for this forum. plz help!!!!!!!!!!! |

is your account activiated yet? did you get confirmation email?
you can try on lost password as well, to make sure that everything is correct. |

| yes i confirmed the email, it said give it one hour. i went to sleep woke up, and it still says the same thing. |

Type psp-heaven.bizhat.com as username
And correctly type your password.
If it doesn't works try waiting for few days. |

| also u must use an FTP programe it is easy and the best way to access the file manager |
