| there are many different programs for that, adobe photoshop or paint shop pro. but having a great program doesn't automatically makes you a great designer that makes beautiful buttons. beautiful is really a subjective opinion also. |

You can make beautiful buttons on Photoshop instead you will need to make 3 different images and get some HTML codes for mouseover show this etc...
Xara makes two images, and requires html codes, if you want to cheat, you can use their javascript that xara creates.
also simple images just make good nav links. |
