    Morning walk is considered to be the best form of exercise. Walking stretches your mind and your soul. It is dynamic mind & body process which creates a sense of rhythm. As you listen to your own silent rhythm, the pulse of life, your own heartbeat you become whole, fit in mind, body and soul. It is also considered to be a great medium by which you can bond with nature. A walk in the morning, while listening to soft chirruping of birds, can soothe your nerves and de-stress you.

    Get at least 30 minutes walk everyday. Keep your pace at 3 to 5 miles an hour, Vary your routes so that you are not walking on flat ground. Walking four times a week, 45 minutes each time, the average person can lose 18 pounds in a year with no change in diet. Walking can help you trim fat as well as tone your muscles.

    Morning walk is good for muscular strength, it also strengthens your heart, delays or prevents major diseases or illness, reduces blood pressure and the risk of stroke, reduces cholesterol, strengthens joints and bones, helps control weight, improves mood and self-esteem, contributes to “brain fitness”, gives you energy and a good night’s rest, relieves stress and worry, improves balance and circulation, boosts immune system and really helps to control diabetes.

    Morning walk is useful for health. it is important because it makes us healthy and strong. Morning walk increases our stamina. Morning walk is good for weight lose. it is good to do walk for 30 to 40 minute in the morning.

    Morning walk is very important for health...I also get up early in the morning and go for a walk...It increase my stamina...It is also helpful to reduce our weight...!

    Morning walk is the bet exercise amongst all the exercises as it helps to make you fit and energetic . Moreover, It also helpful to maintain a good health and keep you young for long time period .It also helps to prevent your from severe diseases. It should be done regularly .

    Oxygen inhaled results great amount of energy especially to your joints,
    It reduces the cholesterol level,
    It increases self confidence,
    It prevent from depression, stress and anxiety,
    t promotes muscular development,
    It strengthens the immune system,
    It reduce high blood pressure,
    It improves blood circulation system,
    It results in early and better sleep.

    Regular morning walk give a lot of health benefits and also start fueling for a whole day.Morning walk benefits not just limited to your physical health but also best for your mental health as well.

    Morning walk is the best work out amongst all the workouts as it allows to create you fit and dynamic It also allows to avoid you from serious illnesses. It should be done consistently .
