Default Winter sports and snow watching

India has got a number of locations to watch snow and enjoy skiing and other winter sports.

    1. Auli (Uttarakhand, on the Badrinath route). A fantastic ropeway (Asia's longest, 4 km) takes one from Joshimath to Auli to the skiing centre.
