That is very helpful to those who doesn't want to have liver damage. Because it is difficult if one organ in our body malfunction. Some toxic waste in our body will not be eliminated.

Sleeping is very necessary, a proper sleep of 7-8 hrs makes u much more relax.
And also exercise is a must do work which everybody should do regularly.A exercise of half an hour daily can make you a healthy person.
