Impressive tips for flat belly. I just want to add a little suggestion. Always eat variety of foods especially foods having fiber content. Never skip your break fast. Drink more and more water because it helps in weight loss. Avoid eating junk foods. Do cardio, stretching and weight lifting for quick results.

Walk is great to increase metabolism, do walk for 30 minutes daily, Do take whole grains, beans, vegetables and fruits more in your diet meals....

Never miss your breakfast. Consume more and more normal water because it allows in body weight loss. Also avoid junks food and take green ta=ea as daily basis..
