I have uploaded 3 videos of my own and then linked them to my site. Surely you dont need permission to do that ?

I dont understand this? I can upload anyway on utube using the u rl . Can someone explain to me the difference

he means download the videos, saving them to your PC, not uploading to the youtube server.

It isn't ligal because you dwonloading it directly from there database, which is privet zoon
But when you think abou it, while watching the youtube film you actually downloading it bit by bit to your internet temperory folder, and it have command to delete it self after,
so you can just change it to read only :)

i've checked this again and i have foynd few interesting things
first off all the youtube video steamed via java XD so it mean you can't get it witout the acces code or something:)
