i have tried out sfc only using a full path.just tryout where it is in ur explorer window and try it.

the file SFC.exe can be found at X:\WINDOWS\system32\sfc.exe
Where X is the drive where u installed WinXp.
But it comes just a flash and then goes off. Can u help ftvfatboy?
