Elsamma replaces Makeup Man! The leading distributors in Kerala Lal Creations has surprised the theatres in Kerala when they replaced their Ramzan (September 10) big film, Jayaram-Prithviraj, Shafi directed Makeup Man with Lal Jose directed Elsamma Enna Aankutty.

It seems due to Prithviraj’s date problems Makeup Man is getting delayed. Shafi has been trying to shoot the crucial combination scenes between Jayaram and Prithviraj, but it’s not happening as both artists are too busy. Prithviraj is so busy that he can give dates which matches with Jayaram only in September.

Meanwhile producer M Ranjith of Rajaputhra Vision who is producing two films simultaneously - Makeup Man and Elsamma Enna Aankutty, has now decided along with distributor Lal of Lal Creations to change their priorities. Lal Creations had already blocked theatres for Makeup Man and did not want to waste it.

In a sudden turn of events Lal Jose’s eagerly awaited Elsamma Enna Aankutty which is also being distributed by Lal Creations will be preponed from October 15 to September 10. The entire shoot of Elsamma is over and Lal Jose is doing post production work. Meanwhile Makeup Man has now been pushed to November 5.

The film carries super reports and is about a beautiful young girl who has to act like a boy to take care of her family. Debutante Anne, daughter of character artist Augustine plays the title role, while Kunchacko Boban and Indrajith play the male leads.

In short this Ramzan, Elsamma Enna Aankutty will take on Mohanlal’s Shikar and Mammootty’s Pranchiyettan and the Saint .
