Diagnosis : Based on symptoms. Urine test for detecting pus cells (Albumin, Sugar, WBC, RBC, Cast, Crystals, Epithelial cells, Bile salts etc). In complicated cases, urine culture is done.

Treatment : With low dose of antibiotics (Norfloxacin & Lactic Acid Bacillus tablets). Symptoms improve within in 36 hours.
