I use the Macromedia MX kit, and notepad.

I also have Photoshop CS, but don't have time to learn it.

I work in windows as well as linux. In windows i prefer frontpage for designing webpages and gimp for graphics. In linux, i use mozilla composer and quanta plus for designing webpages and gimp for graphics. I also use blender 3d (http://www.blender3d.com) in windows and linux if i want some 3d graphics.

For linux lovers, there is one nice wysiwyg html editor called as Nvu (http://www.nvu.com/).

Dreamweaver for whole sites, Photoshop/Fireworks for graphics, Notepad for basic coding / updates / corrections.

I use a combination of Notepad and Microsoft FrontPage- you can't rely on FrontPage just for coding though- sometimes it messes up your scripts.

I use Web Page Maker 1.5. It´s quite handy and also gives me a lot of options to do. And noy to forget the built in FTP to upload everything to your server.
