I also don't use php (I will when I get it on my site). You don't need to have any fancy programs or anything, all you need is an ftp client (or the file manager), and notepad. If you didn't guess it by now, I write my pages in html. You may think that that's stupid, or too hard, or something, but it's prety simple, and I like it.

i said rarely, but for my forums i usually just link them but on the site here i might just make page like this site which uses my templates =] www.arghs.com or i might just use the forums
