software for moving a website to another server host

Hi, I have to move my website from yahoo-geocites to another host because they are about to close their web-hosting services. I thought of moving it to Netfreehost.com. I wondered if there is a software that can help me do it quickly and easily without copying each file and uploading it.

Download files with FTP software, then upload to new host as geocity have no easy backup feature.
