Ingredients
1 kg - mutton 3 to 4 - onions, medium size 1 to 2 - tomatoes, medium size 2 to 3 sticks - drumstick 1 to 2 - potato, medium size whole garam masala green chillies red chilli powder coriander leaves Method 1. Heat Oil in the cooker and put whole garam masala. 2. Add onions and green chillies and saute till onions are golden brown. 3. Then add red chilli powder to your taste and then add the mutton pieces. 4. Mix all ingredients and pressure cook it until you hear two whistles then turn off the cooker. 5. Once the pressure is all gone add the tomatoes, potato and drumstick and pressure-cook it till you hear one whistle. 6. Then turn of the cooker and after the pressure is all gone add coriander leaves. 7. Serve hot with chapatis or rice.
