Ingredients
1. 1/4 Kg. mixed vegetables (brinjal, raw mango, snake gourd, cucumber, tender beans, drumstick and potato) cut into long strips, 3 green chillies, slit at one end, 1/4 cup small onions, cut into big pieces, 1/8 tsp. turmeric powder, A few curry leaves, Salt- to taste 2. 1 1/2cups water 3. 1/2 cup thick curd(not sour) 4. 1/2 tsp.chilli powder,1/2 tsp. dry coriander powder, 2 pinches jeera powder Method Heat water. When it boils, put in all the ingredients in item 1. Mix all the powders in item 4 with curds. As soon as the vegetables are cooked, add the curd mixture to the vegetables. Add salt to taste. Toss the vegetables well. Take it off the fire. Serve hot.
