When you would normally go into the ftp a popup message would appear with an error.
Please provide what the url for your free bizhat website here or follow this format.
ftp://<WEBSITE>.bizhat.com:<PASSWORD>@<WEBSITE>.bizhat.c om.
If the password appears wrong you will get a login screen in which you can try again.
Your username for FTP access will ALWAYS be your website.
Example: ftp://Whatever.bizhat.com:Passforyou...ver.bizhat.com
If you have it done correctly your default FTP viewer (Normally IE) will open displaying all the files on your website.
