Subhash Ghai signs Mithun Chakravarthy for 'KAANCHI'

Subhash Ghai has recently signed veteran actor Mithun Chakravarthy to play a stellar role in his next directorial venture "KAANCHI" which goes on floor on January 13th 2013 with a new star cast along with an ensemble cast of Rishi Kapoor and Mithun Chakravarthy.

The music for Kaanchi is being done by Ismail Durbar and Salim Suleman with lyrics by Irshad Kamil.
"Mithun is one of the most talented actor in the Indian Film Industry but he has never played a character like the one that he will play in Kaanchi . The way that the role has been conceived, it is one that will need to be watched out for"' said Subhash Ghai.
