Actor and music sensation Ali Zafar, who was recently named South Asia's second most Desirable Man by Eastern Eye ,gives us his take on what it means to be sexy !
The actor throws light on the inferiority complex and poor-body image that seems to be rampant amongst Gen-X, asking them to get over the "perfect image" hangover. Says Ali , "You don't have to devise your concepts of beauty on people based on what you read or see in the magazines.
It may be the most clich� remark but it works every time...dive deeper than the skin and everybody is beautiful in some way or the other...You don't have to be a Size zero or sport a six pack to be deemed attractive.... That being the said, the singer-actor does not advocate complacency and encourages people to be fit and healthy.
"I want people to reassess their concept of fitness and not be complacent and de-motivated.
A fit human being, in my opinion, is mentally fit first. Body follows the mind. Physical exercise with right nutrition is certainly a must for everyone.
