IMK invites applications for MBA

The Institute of Management in Kerala of the University of Kerala has invited applications for admission to an MBA programme at its centre on the Karyavattom campus and extension centres in Alappuzha, Poojappura, Adoor, Varkala, Kollam and Kundara. An MBA (Tourism) programme will be held at Karyavattom. Those who have a degree with 50 per cent marks may apply. The Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, has invited applications from students in the third year of B.Tech. or integrated M.Tech. programmes or the first year of M.Sc., MA or MBA programmes with outstanding academic merit in terms of high rank (within three ranks) in the university examinations for a summer fellowship programme for two months with a stipend of Rs. 6,500. The Joint Control of Technical Examinations under the Directorate of Technical Education has invited applications for lateral entry to the B.Tech. course in various government and self-financing engineering colleges and institutes. Apply till February 11 on Technical Examination Of Kerala or Govt. of Kerala, Directorate of Technical Education. The application fee is Rs. 750 (Rs. 375 for those belonging to the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes).
