Diane Lane filed for divorce from Josh Brolin

It was Diane Lane's decision to call off her eight-year marriage to Josh Brolin, according to a new report.

TMZ has obtained legal documents that reportedly indicate that the actress filed for divorce from her husband on Feb. 15, the day after Valentine's Day.
The documents cite "irreconcilable differences" and Lane wants her name restored to Diane Lane as it is currently Diane Lane Brolin.
An insider told Us Weekly, "It was a mutual decision. It is very amicable. It's not ugly, it's just over.
