'Olipporu' from today

After a small gap from his last 'Amen' and the anthology '5 Sundarikal', Fahad Fazil is having a release today in 'Olipporu'. Directed by A V Sasidharan, the movie has Fahad as a blogger who goes mysteriously missing.This is the eighth release of Fahad in this year, which had him climb the popularity charts with his very different roles in each of the films. Kalabhavan Mani, Sidharth Bharathan, Thalavaasal Vijay and Zarina Wahab are also seen in this film in the supporting roles. while Subhiksha is the heroine. The movie also marks Fahad Fazil's debut as a singer.

Fahad Fazil has recently tweeted that he had rejected the film initially, when he was approached for the role of Ajayan in Olipporu. But later ,the character of Ajayan started haunting him very badly, which made him approach the director Sasidharan to ask to do the project with him. Olipporu' made to 65 centres today including a few centres in Tamil Nadu and Karnataka.
