Cheryl Cole has revealed all of her beauty secrets in a new interview .

The 30-year old English record artist admitted that she uses weekly hair masks to keep it in good condition and eats sensibly but allows herself "one cheat day a week", the Mirror reported.
She said that she doesn't follow any strict diets, but eats sensibly.
The 'Promise This' singer added that she has a sweet tooth and loves cupcakes and doughnuts.
Cole also revealed that she follows the Tracy Anderson Method to workout.
