More Free phpBB Forums still available - sigup defunct?

Are or will there be more free phpBB forums available?

I have developed a slight interest in such a forum as a way to enable more interactive and cooperative communication...
In other words I'm playing with the thought of using such a forum.

BizHat still promotes free hosting and free phpBB forums,
yet the links to the signup pages I found so far currently do not work:

At http://hosted.bizhat.com/ there is a link Click here to get your Free phpBB Message Board
that ends up at http://jesus.s2.bizhat.com/signup.php, giving a 404 Not Found error.

At the phpBB Free Hosting FAQ page there is a Signup link,
that ends up at http://mf.s4.bizhat.com/signup/index.php,
where it says: "signup disabled due to high server load".

Can anyone shed some light at that?
