Windows Vista hits RTM on Nov 8

Vista hits RTM on November 8... that means it will be finally complete.

Im wondering how many of you guys are actually looking forward to it. I am for one... quite sick of the plain jane XP. Vista offers a great step forward and actually makes working in windows a decent experience.

I have been using RC2 off and on and am happy to see its quite solid. In fact i have been using the 64 bit version and have quite happily found that drivers for my hardware is available. Goodbye to the 32 bit era. ( figuratively speaking )

I hope driver development for 64 bit vista is on par with the 32 bit version so we can finally start utilizing our 64 bit procs which have been around for a mere 3 yrs now.

Windows XP 64 never really found any takers due to its ... lack of driver support for older items.
