I saw on your page:
I'm hover link, for example, register link.
I see:
http://pd.bizhat.com/Your_Account/register.html
I'm download your portal from official seti portal and see:
"Your_Account" Dir is located at "Modules" Dir.
So, I don't see modules in your link.
Right link like:
http://pd.bizhat.com/modules/Your_Account/register.html
Understandable?
So, check your settings.

No such file. Also you are not allowed to access anything outside your folder.
