Powerful healer
Hi everyone,
I do hope that all of you had a blessed
easter.
I keep a journal by my bedside, that I write
in every night before I go to bed.It helps me
keep track of what happened that day or a few
days ago.It helps me to put my feelings into
words, and it's nice to go back, weeks later
and reminisce about the good and bad that
happened in my life.
It also helps me relief tension and stress. Putting
it on paper is a great way to express pain, angry,
sadness, love, happiness, and putting it on paper
allows me to express my feelings without having
anyone judging me. Because at that moment
what I write is usually how I really feel, still new
in my head. :D
Your body is a powerful healer,learn to nourish it. :)
