Rejuvenate
Hello everyone,
We become so engrossed in our work that we
forget to pay attention to our health. We need to
give our health the same "must do" like we do
for everything else in our lives. Take some time
to enjoy yourself, and you need to be healthy
to do that. :)
Start by changing your daily routine.Instead of driving
try walking.Try the stairs and not the elevator. Walk
with a friend or your pet. Invite a friend to meet for tea.
Sit in the park and admire the beauty around you. Hope-
fully this should give you some peace which will clear
your mind and rejuvenate your heart. Your body will
love you too.Try it, it may inspire you. :D
