Good afternoon,
If I want somebody to fill a form on my website, and if I want this form to be returned to me on my e-mail, I am ussing a specific free software, Webform designer. The e-mail goes then through their server. Does anybody have an other free solution?

Ah, way back when I used to use Bravenet. I would still use it today, if I needed to. I apparently can't post links yet, so go to the main site: bravenet[dot]com and then go from free web tools > e-mail forms.
you can also use HTML forms can be as simple as "Copy and Paste"
