Cheese Toast

Ingredients

• 1 Teacup grated cheese
• 1/2 Onion
• 2-3 tsp Chilli sauce
• 3 tsp Butter
• 6 Bread slices
• Salt as per taste

Method

• Beat the cheese and butter properly.
• Add chilli sauce, onion and salt to taste.
• Put the bread slices on a greased baking tin.
• Bake them in an oven at 400 deg F for about 5 minutes.
• Allow them to cool and place a little amount of filling over each toast.
• Bake the toast in a hot oven for 10 minutes.
• Cut it into small pieces.
• Cheese toast is ready.

Cheese Sauce

Ingredients

• 100 gms Cheese
• 2 tbsp Flour
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 1/4 tsp Pepper powder
• 2 tbsp Butter
• 2 cups Milk
• 1/2 tsp Mustard

Method

• In a pan, melt butter.
• Add flour to it and make smooth paste.
• Cook till the mixture turns bubbly.
• Gradually add the milk.
• Stir and cook till smooth and thick.
• Add pepper, salt and mustard.
• Now mix grated cheese and again cook.
• Cook till cheese melts.
• Cheese Sauce is ready.

Cheese Cake

Ingredients

• 15 Graham crackers, crushed
• 2 tbsp Butter, melted
• 4 Packages cream cheese
• 1-1/2 Cups white sugar
• 3/4 Cup milk
• 4 Eggs
• 1 Cup sour cream
• 1 tbsp Vanilla extract
• 1/4 Cup all-purpose flour

Method

• Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and grease a springform pan.
• Take a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press onto bottom of the pan.
• In a large bowl, combine cream cheese with sugar till smooth.
• Combine it with the milk, and then mix in the eggs one at a time, mixing just enough to incorporate.
• Add sour cream, vanilla and flour to it, mix well till smooth.
• Now pour the filling into the prepared crust and bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour.
• Turn the oven off, and let cake cool in oven for about 5 to 6 hours.
• Place it into the in refrigerator till serving.

Cheese Prawn

Ingredients

• 50 gms Cheese
• 1/4 kg Boiled prawns
• 1 tbsp Butter
• 1 tbsp Chili sauce
• 2 Boiled potatoes
• 3/4 Mustard
• 1 Cup cheese sauce
• 1 tsp Soya sauce
• 3/4 tsp Pepper powder
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 1 Onion
• 1 Tomato
• 1 Bunch coriander

Method

• Mix cheese sauce with prawns.
• Add mustard, chili sauce, pepper and salt.
• Mix boiled and mashed potatoes with light hand.
• Take a baking dish and grease it with butter.
• Pour the above prepared mixture in it.
• Garnish with chopped onions and tomatoes.
• Bake in oven over 200 C for about 5 minutes.
• Cheese Prawns are ready.
• Top with chopped coriander and serve with toasted buns.

Cheese Omelet

Ingredients

• 1/3 Cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 tbsp Finely chopped parsley
• 1 tbsp Finely chopped fresh mint
• 4 Eggs
• Salt and black pepper to taste
• 1/4 Cup milk
• 1/4 Cup finely chopped scallions
• 2 tbsp Butter

How to make Cheese Omelet
• In a mixing bowl beat the eggs with the salt and pepper until it starts bubbling.
• Beat in the milk, mint, parsley, scallions, and cheese until well homogenised.
• In a heavy skillet melt the butter over moderate heat.
• Pelt in the egg mixture and spread it out evenly.
• Reduce the heat to low and cover it fully and cook until the edges of the omelet begin to get firm. Uncover and run a spatula around the edges to keep it from sticking to the pan.
• When the center of the omelet is almost firm, place a plate over the skillet and invert, dropping the omelet onto the plate. Gently slide it back into the pan, cover, and cook for a few minutes longer until the underside is lightly browned. Slide out onto a serving plate, cut into wedges, and serve at once.

Cheese Pasta

Ingredients

• 2 Cubes of cheese
• Boiled pasta
• 1 Cup boiled corns
• Salt and Pepper to taste

How to make Cheese Pasta

•Melt 1 tbsp butter in a pan and cook the pasta for few minutes.
•Add corns and again cook for some more time.
•Remove from flame and add grated cheese.
•Mix salt and pepper to taste.
•Saute again for few seconds and then cool.
•Cheese Pasta is ready.

Cheese Garlic Bread

Ingredients

• 12 Slices of pain rustique or ciabatta bread
• 1 Garlic clove, crushed
• 1-1/3 Cups crumbled feta cheese
• 1-1/4 Cups grated parmesan cheese
• 1/2 Cup grated monterey jack cheese
• 1/2 Cup finely chopped green onions
• 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
• 2 tbsp Butter

How to make Cheese Garlic Bread

• Place a rack in the middle of the oven and preheat to 475 degree F.
• Mix mayonnaise, garlic clove and butter in a medium bowl.
• Add feta, Jack cheese, 1/2 cup Parmesan, and onions.
• Spread 2 tbsp cheese mixture onto each bread piece.
• Top each with 1 tbsp Parmesan, press it.
• Put on the baking sheet.
• Sprinkle with pepper and salt.
• Bake for about 12 minutes till cheese is golden and bubbly.

Cheese Dosa

Ingredients

• 50 gms Cheese
• 1 Cup soaked urad dal
• 1 Onion
• 2 1/2 Cups rice
• 3-4 Green chilies
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• Oil
• Fresh coriander

How to make Cheese Dosa

•Make paste of rice and dal.
•Mix salt to the paste and leave it covered for 8 hours.
•Grease a griddle lightly.
•Pour the batter on the griddle with a ladle and spread immediately with the help of ladle back.
•Sprinkle with oil on the sides and then cover it for few seconds.
•Remove the cover and add a tbsp of grated cheese, bits of green chilies, onion and chopped coriander.
•Cheese Dosa is ready.
•Fold over the dosa and serve.
