Have you said thanks today? Have you told
someone that you love them.There is no
reason for not hugging,touching,feeling
or kissing a special someone.Act like you're
greatful for living.Happy for breathing, and
happy for loving someone.

Many of us don't have the opportunity to
share love with someone, so if you can, you
should. Everything we see and read on a daily
bases is horrible.Every second of every day
someone is dead, hurting, alone. Someone
is always calling out for help and someone is
crying for the lost of their family. That's
why we need to to be greatful and thankful
to be here. :)

It's a blessing.Stop treating your health like
it's expected to work well all your life.With-
out any help from you. Take a moment and
be grateful.
