TITLE :"FILE XCHANGER"

Project Details :

"FILE XCHANGER" is a software program developed for converting BMP image to PCX,PCX to GIF,GIF
to TIFF and viceversa.By giving appropriate pixel values,the converted image is obtained.By
slight modification of the pixel values,the image length can be reduced.The converted image got
a resolution of about 90 %.The program can be reconfigured to work in Windows platform.The
program is also useful for handling menus and also for editing images.
