Do you put yourself down, saying negative words like, nothing good will happen to me. If you allow word like that to leave your lips then thats you will get back. You are actually giving your self the power to hurt you. It's like an addiction, you think, feel and act upon it. Which is why we need to control our thoughts. We tend to react to how we think and feel.

If you allow things to fester,and allow it grow, then you are giving it room to breed, to reproduce which can cause depression. So let us think of one thing at a time, before something else takes hold of us.
