I agree with most of the points - Honesty of an employee becomes the most important quality. When an employer trusts an employee, he/she can climb the ladder of success in career easily.

For better positions and success, one has to work hard in the direction of the company. If an employee is well qualified, hard working and intelligent working not in synchronisation with the company directives cannot lead a long peaceful life in job.

So always obey the orders of the superiors even it is foolish else quit the job in a friendly atmosphere by handing over a resignation letter.

At the same time there is a suggestion to the supervisors - communicate with seniors as well as juniors in a friendly manner. Try to find time to chat with the employees during tea time.

A supervisor has to take work dumped by the Boss and has to distribute it among the employees wisely for the early completion of job.

Finally, the employer-employee relation should be fair. No exploitation, recognition of the employee's work, talents etc and the proper remuneration will make both parties winners.
