Have you ever used D.S.Lite to download file?

Have you ever used D.S.Lite to download file?
I thought it is nice to download with encode url...
because my English is poor.
I will take it for example..
I shall share file for friends download file from url as following...

but I don't want url shown.
I could use dsl to encode url above to be as followings
