Amitabh all praise for Rajnikant

Mumbai: Bollywood Thespian Amitabh Bachchan has described superstar Rajnikant, with whom he has shared a long association of friendship and professional camaraderie, as the most unassuming and down to earth human being.

Rajnikant called on Amitabh at his suite in Fariyas hotel at Lonavala. ''It is such a joy to spend time with a member of your own fraternity and discuss creative inputs, life and the world around you and this morning was no different'', said the actor.

The actor had arranged a show of 'Paa' for Rajnikant and his wife Lathaji recently at Chennai and they were simply amazed with Amitabh's performance.

During his interaction with Amitabh, Rajnikant discussed the making of Paa and its tremendous impact on the audience for an hour.

The South superstar said ''We are all upset after seeing the movie, not so much because of the content and its emotional quotient but because now that you have done this, what are we going to do''.

Rajnikant was shooting in and around Lonavala for 'Robot', with his co-star Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, and had dropped in to meet Amitabh, after the actor finished with the Big Boss finale last night.
