Lal not to make Harihar Nagar sequel!

Lal seems to be fed up of his Harihar Nagar sequels. He has stopped all work on another sequel, and is now making a film which will have youngsters in the lead. The film has been titled Tournament and it will be a road movie.

Lal feels a new movie with youngsters with something different will work with today’s audiences. Tournament will start in September end and it will be an out and out youth movie which will be made as an entertainer and shot in Mysore, Bangalore and Gundalpet.

The movie is produced by PN Venugopal and Lal. The big surprise is that Lal has dumped his favourite music director/ brother Alex Paul, instead Deepak Dev will score the music on lyrics written by Vayalar Sharath Chandra Varma.

The technical team are Lal regulars like Cinematographer Venu, makeup man Pattanam Rasheed. Costumes Sameera Saneesh, action by Mafia Sashi and Production Controller Jaison Elamkulam.
