No takers for Arjun films?

After the colossal failure of Vande Mataram , 'Action King' Arjun's stocks have crashed with distributors and theatres in Tamil Nadu.

There are no takers for his new films, as his traditional forte B & C have shrunk, as almost all are releasing stations.

Now two of his films the Kicha directed Maasi and Vallakottai directed by A Venkatesh are ready for release.

The producers of both these films are trying for a Diwali release. The theatres are saying both the films look similar as they are action movies following the predictable formula.

Arjun will have to rethink his strategy, and try to see that only one of these is marketed as a Diwali release. Actually what is happening is that Arjun films are competing between themselves, further eroding his hold on the box-office.
