Nayanthara has interest in Bollywood

Her last Tamil flick was Boss Engira Baskaran with Arya, which went on to become a big hit, and her Kannada film titled Super released yesterday.

We’re referring to Nayanthara, who is currently shooting in Hyderabad for a mythological flick in which she plays Sita.

While there’s no second opinion on her position in the industry this side of the Vindhyas, there’s still no news of her crossing over to B-town. Doesn’t she harbour Bollywood dreams, especially now that there are talks of her Malayalam film Bodyguard (Kavalan in Tamil with Asin playing her role) being remade by Boney Kapoor? “I’ve always said this — I have no interest in going there. I don’t want to be a nobody there and start afresh when I have so much going for me here. Besides, the south industry is so popular that even B-town actors eagerly await Tamil and Telugu films. I belong here, this is where I’ll stay,” states Nayan.
