Transfer Existing Phpbb forum to phpbbhs script?

There are two ways of doing this:

1. You just need to take a clean backup from your existing phpbb forum (that means database backup without mods installed) or

2. Install existing mods to phpbbhs files and take a full sql backup from your existing phpbb forum and restore it to phpbbhs (that means backup WITH all your mods) .

Notes:
a) keep your database table pre-fixes to phpbb_, there is an automated script inside phpbbhs control panel , which restores sql backups instantly .
b) make sure that the template that you ve used on your own phpbb forum is already "installed" on phpbbhs .
