Seeman to direct Vijay?

A news spread that, Seeman directing Vijay in a film titled ‘Pagalavan’, but the thought was watered down later, or it was romoured to be. But the news reaching us now says that the revolutionary film ‘Pagalavan’ is very much on. After hearing the full story from Seeman recently, Vijay and he have even gone to level of discussing the cast and crew of the film to start the project as early as possible.
One thing Vijay requested from Seeman is that while he will do everything to finish the film non-stop, Seeman will have to restrain himself from making political statements that may jeopardize the progress of the film.
