Before setting off on long journey, make proper plan so that you and your baby would not suffer with any problem.

• Keep your baby’s travel bags containing changes of clothes, diapers, wipes, baby lotion, hand sanitizer and emergency medicines for colic, fever, diarrheas.
• If you are going to be staying at a hotel, when making reservations, inform them that you have a baby and check if they offer any social facility for babies. For example if they allow you to use the kitchen to prepare your baby’s meal. Use a baby sitting service.
• Cary your child’s favorite toys pillow or blanket along to replicate the home environment as much as possible.
• As far as possible, try to stick to your baby’s feed as possible, try to stick to your baby’s feed and sleep schedule even when you are out of home. The easiest way to stick to routine is to plan your itinerary in advance.
