LG has announced the launch of new LG Optimus One Cricket WC limited edition in India. LG Optimus One Cricket WC Edition has 2011 Cricket World Cup logo painted on the back side of the phone. Only 1,000 units of the limited edition Optimus One will be released in eight cities in India.

LG Optimus One Cricket WC Edition runs on Android 2.2 Froyo operating sytem and it is powered by 600 MHZ processor. LG Optimus One sports a 3.2 inch capacitive touchscreen and 3.15 megapixel camera at the rear. Other features include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, FM radio etc. This new phone launched in India has an internal memory of 170 MB but, it supports 32 GB memory expansion with micro SD cards.
