what am i doing wrong???

ok i signed up and got the confirmation email at 15:09 the email that goes:

i clicked the link after 'complete your registration' and got another email (at 15:13):

it is now 16:25 and i still havent received any 'hosting account details' and ftp info etc

i tried logging in with the same info my brother has for this site and changed the usernames but it says my username or password are 'incorrect'

why havent i been accepted or where am i going wrong???
