Fruit N Nut Halwa Recipe

Ingredients:
* 2 bananas
* 4 dates, soaked in milk overnight
* 30 gms raisins
* 30 gms chopped almonds
* 30 gms chopped cashew
* ½ cup grated apples
* 1/4 cup mashed cottage cheese
* 1/2 cup ghee
* ¼ cup sugar
* 1/4 cup wheat flour
* 1 tsp green cardamom power


Method:
* Mash the bananas and dates and keep aside. Heat ghee in a pan. Add flour and sauté till golden brown.
* Now add all the fruits and nuts and cook for 5-7 minutes.
Mix the cottage cheese and cook till the mixture acquires a brownish hue and separates from the fat.

Now add sugar and cardamom powder. Cook for another 5 minutes. Garnish with nuts and serve hot.
