Actress Raima Sen opens Reliancedigital’s iStore

Actress Raima Sen added glamour at the launch of iStore by Reliancedigital which is the first of its kind in Kolkata.

Raima after formally inaugurating the store at Park Mansion on Saturday said: “I think I am gadget savvy since I have an iPad where I love playing angry birds and scrabble, a MacBook and I love to tweet.”

“But I am old fashioned when it comes to reading books so I don’t use the iBooks application,” she added.

iStore by Reliancedigital, India’s largest Apple Premium Reseller Chain and the high-end consumer durable and information technology arm of Reliance Retail, offers shoppers in Kolkata an opportunity to learn and experience Apple’s latest innovative products and solutions.

Remembering her first Apple purchase, she said “it was a laptop and the first iPad launched by Apple.”

iStore will display newly launched Apple products in India.

Brian Bade, Chief Executive, Reliance Digital said, “Customers will now have access to the latest iconic products from Apple with end-to-end customer support.”

iStore also has a service centre called ‘ResQ’ which is the service arm of Reliance Digital and an Apple authorized one.

Gadget freaks can check out newly launched products like Mac Air, iPad 2, MacBooks, MacBook Pro etc. at the iStore in Park Street.

‘iPromise’, the training proposition of iStore, enables consumers to learn more about the Apple products they bought.

iStore is giving inaugural offer where first 15 customers buying iPod Touch or iPod Classic can walk away with Sennheiser headphone worth Rs 3,700 and first 18 Mac customers get to take home an LG 22” LCD TV.
